Actually, I had some notion that it had something to do with aerial warfare, but I was thinking along the lines of the area-bombing policy. :lay:

EDIT: This page http://militaryhistory.about.com/od/naval/p/togo.htm says that although he was on Worcester in 1875, it was on Hampshire that he then did the circumnaviagation.

Save it to disk and post as an attachment, I think the limit is only for [img] tags
