I'm just listening to Mayo and Kermode now.

This film looks like something made by a French Gilliam.

The Lost Symbol. (still in the making) The third "DaVinci Code" movie.
I'm halfway through the book. 8-)

I want them to make Deception Point into a movie, too. Great book.

I know what you mean it's like he tries too hard to be different and "way out there". I don't like the look of Depp or Helena in this.. Alice in Wonderland was never a story that appealed to me anyway

I am looking forward to Clash of the Titans and Robin Hood

I'm a bit dubious about Clash of the Titans, the director has not made any particularly good films, Danny the Dog was ok, Transporter 2 is complete shite and the Incredible Hulk was ok although the final fight was absolutely brilliant so he can certainly handle CGI.

As long as the story is decent it should be good.. it has a pretty impressive cast

One of the writers for COTT wrote Aoen Flux and... em... The Tuxedo and the other guys films I never heard of so it looks even less promising.

The guy here on IMdB's front page claims to have seen a test screening of Robin Hood and thought it was bollox. I don't know how much movies change from test screen to final product though http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0955308/

I never believe those things Ani unless it comes from a reliable source and certainly not someone who has never posted on IMDb before.

As for COTT I can't imagine Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes or Pete Postlethwaite signing up for something shit.. it's not like they need to .. is it?

I am less inclined to judge on previous work than the current production if that were the case no one would have invested in nor gone to see Lord of the Rings.. would they? Or on the flip side Indiana Jones 4...
