I still feel a little bit sad that any chance I have of playing for Liverpool is probably now gone.

If I had only done a few more press ups when I was 28. :(

Notice as he burns Jake Sully he says Can you smell that sweet savour? Or something to that effect (American spell-checker trying to correct my spelling inappropriately again :pissed: )

Check out this like from Exodus...
God wrote:29:17 And thou shalt cut the ram in pieces, and wash the inwards of him, and his legs, and put them unto his pieces, and unto his head.
29:18 And thou shalt burn the whole ram upon the altar: it is a burnt offering unto the LORD: it is a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
(underline mine, not God's)

Yep. They've been worthless beggars since day 1.

I've just watched Mark Kermode's Oscar prediction video on the BBC website and he thinks the same as I do.. Avatar will win Best Picture and Bigelow will win Best Director.

Although I think Best Supporting Actor is a bit more open and I think Streep is more of a threat to Bullock than is generally believed

I started my Battle Angel Alita tattoo last night. I don't have a pic of the tattoo. It's still in progress. But here's the reference pic:

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

I think the right film got the BAFTA all things considered. I still think Avatar is a cinematic triumph but the effects were let down by the story, but I still enjoyed it and was blown away by the visuals.

Yeah I was watching it live last night and forgot to post. I don't think there were any surprises at the BAFTAS.. I did think Avatar would sneak Best Picture but The Hurt Locker is an excellent film so i don't mind that it won.. I'd have been really annoyed if An Education or Up in the Air had won. I still think it's favourite for the Oscar.. as that is what they're focusing on.
