Yay. Someone else has seen it. I've been trying to get people to see this since last summer. I was all alone for a while.
It was amazing. The only other film by him I have seen Dancer in the Dark (and, to be honest, I didn't realise it was by him until yesterday - I saw it quite a while ago.) I am after Dogville next.
Dogville is one of those films I couldn't tell you if I liked or not. I felt strange after watching it. Strange and bewildered.
I heard from a fairly reliable source that there is a torrent of it.
Libertarianism: The belief that out of all the terrible things governments can do, helping people is the absolute worst.
About me: I have prehensile eyebrows. I speak 9 languages fluently, one of which other people can also speak. When backed into a corner, I fit perfectly - having a right-angled arse.

So one believes. I will pay full-price for a copy though, obviously.
A book is a version of the world. If you do not like it, ignore it; or offer your own version in return. Salman Rushdie You talk to God, you're religious. God talks to you, you're psychotic. House MD Who needs a meaning anyway, I'd settle anyday for a very fine view. Sandy Denny This is the wrong forum for bluffing Paco Yes, yes. But first I need to show you this venomous fish! Calilasseia I think we should do whatever Pawiz wants. Twoflower Bella squats momentarily then waddles on still peeing, like a horse Millefleur

I saw that movie just recently as well. It is a very good movie with a great storyline.
I enjoyed The Reader too.. (and no not because it seems to parallel my love life ). And of course for the boys you get about 45 mins of Kate Winslet in the buff
I saw District 9 on Saturday which I really enjoyed and yesterday I saw Orphan which was pretty good.
Over the Christmas period I saw lots of films: Julie & Julia, Oldboy, In the Valley of Elah & The Hurt Locker amongst others.
I enjoyed them all I particularly enjoyed Julie & Julia though.. I thought Meryl Streep was fantastic
