Okay, Trudy Chacon. First, this was a merc unit, so esprit de corps is expected to be lower. Trudy was the boffin driver (nerd herder for Merkins) and spent most of her time with them in the field. She was identifying with them before the shit hit the fan, so the transit to "contra" was easy.
