I haven't the money to see this film :( but I love it for one thing already - it made Elessarina post here again - I knew she wouldn't be able to resist!

I was stunned by the production values. Absolutely the best 3D movie I've ever seen. It had depth, they didn't just play games with things flying out of the screen at you. (I did flinch once when Augustine was at the tree and a pair of hands seems to be right in my face.) The scenery was fucking incredible. The flying scenes were spectacular. You could almost feel the smug from the graphics peoples. :hehe:

That is the easy part - paying for the ticket is the trouble! I might see how much xmas money I get though...

Seeing it tomorrow in Edinburgh then meeting some skeptical-types in the pub. 3D again but a bigger screen.

Thanks. But I would feel too guilty to accept. :hugs: :flowers:

Just saw it and left the cinema an hour ago. I would describe it as a flawed masterpiece. A great film which could have been better with a few changes - for my tastes anyway. The whole thing as an 'experience' was simply magnificent!
