The convention web site has just been revamped: http://www.atheistconvention.org.au/

Conformed speakers include: Richard Dawkins, Catherine Deveny, Phillip Adams, Taslima Nasrin, Peter Singer, PZ Meyers, Dan Barker, Sue-Ann Post, Stuart Beckman, Kylie Sturgess, Dr Brendan Crabb, John Perkins, Tamas Pataki, Stuart Bechman, Max Wallace, Russell Blackford and Ian Robinson.

I've just grabbed my plane tickets on frequent fliers while I could. :biggrin:

Actually this is definitely going ahead, all of the speakers are already confirmed that are listing on the start of a site in progress, at http://www.atheistconvention.org.au The AFA is taking registrations of interest, the actual payments will be able to be made soon as the costs and structure are finalised, hopefully in the next couple of weeks ;)
