I'm not aware of Japan or Canada having their own nukes. Japan claims to have the capacity but that it has not constructed any. it does have military nuclear reactors - that doesn't count.

The Japan answer referred to the two that the US delivered there in 1945. Sadly they were damaged upon receipt.

South Africa dismantled all its nukes, and now that I've checked, Canada sent all theirs back to the US and terminated their nuclear programme.

So, I dunno...one of the former Soviet states? :dono:

I'm pretty sure the Russians were pretty aggressive about getting their nukes back from the -istan and Baltic countries that broke from the USSR. If any of their former satellites have one it's probably the Ukraine or Belarus.

I'll guess it's Belarus and replace SA on my list.

(Technically, England and Scotland are separate countries, although both part of the United Kingdom.)

Actually I'm pretty sure Marvin meant South Africa to be one of the ten, because if you look up nuclear weapons on Wiki it lists nine countries that possess them and South Africa in brackets. He probly just didn't look to see what the brackets meant.

I think he's gone to bed. Go ahead and ask another one, if you weren't really the winner Marvin can take another go tomorrow.

Here's a non-war question. Pretty easy too.

What dead person in my state gets a bouquet of flowers every year.
