Nope. I switched to gmail when I realized that most of the Nigerian scam e-mails I got came from gmail accounts. I figure there' safety in hiding within the thieves den.

A lot of it comes from sites that ask you to register and then try the same password on your email. Hey presto, half the idiots out there use the same one for EVERYTHING! Banks, Paypal, Ebay, iTunes, email...
