Trump suggests allowing Iran to "take out" LA and San Diego during campaign rally

Gov. Gavin Newsom rebuked President Trump after he appeared to suggest letting Iran "take out" Los Angeles and San Diego if the country developed a nuclear weapon.

"It's a small price to pay for keeping the world safe, keeping our country safe," Mr. Trump said Monday night during a campaign rally in Nebraska. "They can take out a city. Let them take out Los Angeles. Let them take out San Diego."

Attendees cheered after his suggestion. It was not immediately clear what Mr. Trump meant, but the comments were quickly condemned by Newsom and other California officials.

"After sending the National Guard and Marines to occupy California, Donald Trump is now saying our foreign enemies should 'take out' Los Angeles and San Diego," Newsom wrote on X. "He is deranged and dangerous."

It's a version of the infamous Condoleezza Rice 'we don't want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud' comment, via Trump's characteristic doltish phrasing. He's a vile, despicable shitbird but he's not stupid enough to actually mean to say 'it's no big deal if we lose a city or two in California.'

Mar a Lago is 1000 miles closer from Iran. Shoot the missiles there.

There were recounts in Michigan 2024 votes. Most states do not give such a simple table, this one was easy to read.

Trump claimed voter fraud in 2020. They found 5 votes from noncitizens.

It doesn't have to be true, it just has to be repeated often enough and for long enough that most people believe it's the truth because it's the only thing they've ever heard about it.

Ladies and Gentlemen, upon information and belief, James TalaFREAKo, who is running for the United States Senate in Texas, is MISSING IN ACTION! No one has seen him for an extended period of time. Where is he? What is wrong with him? Bad rumors are coming out. He should immediately report to a Debate Stage against Ken Paxton, who is ready, willing, and able, one of the best Attorney Generals in the Country, and will soon be, hopefully, a United States Senator representing the Great People of Texas! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP
Talarico says he has the flu but he is probably getting a sex change.

The man is so toxic - it's part of his 'brand' - and what the rampant and unabashed misogynist really means is that he doesn't want girls to play in boys' sports, and particularly if they're going to beat the boys. Yeah, it's definitely socialism that's given women these strange ideas about leaving the house and doing things for themselves!
