Haven't seen Ben Hur either.
Sent from my penis using wankertalk.

Not for the faint of heart or uneasy tummy

Was interesting in particular as I'll be going into a much diluted form of one of the procedures.
Was good to "see inside".
.....
Only 3 70mm screens left in Australia and going to Melbourne in Oct. My see Ben Hur but would prefer Pink Floyd The Wall

Lawrence of Arabia.
Hmmmph....white actors playing Arabs....Omar Sharif at least looks the part and can ride a camel well, Olivier with enough makeup.

My 4k Blu Ray main disc will not work at all....the Blu Ray ( non 4k ) is working fine. :banghead:
The second portion of the movie in 4k is functional and somewhat better than than the standard BR but really the film technique and David Lean's eye it is a joy to see and it's a good story ....and true. :levi:

It's okay from 3m sitting distance I might snag some more standard BR used as they are cheap and quite decent with the upscaling the TV does. The HDR 10 works well and even night scenes very legible...the TV has some automatic lighting shift.
SOund is fine through the headphones but sucks as no volume from the TV

Does anyone else have lucid dreams better than high definition large screen TV of scenarios they could never have experienced?

I do sometimes, it is strange they haven't happened so much lately but when they do - they seem mighty convincing

I have had a number that are memorable and can induce them if I work at it.
Best ones are when I'm stupid tired and fighting to stay awake....I've actually been able to re-kindle a lucid dream after waking ( very short time period).

Love them

Pillow fight championship
The latest fad is a poverty social. Every woman must wear calico,
and every man his old clothes. In addition each is fined 25 cents if
he or she does not have a patch on his or her clothing. If these
parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?

The Silver State. 1894.
