No they're not. They're staycationing locally in the 51st State.

Though once they do become the 51st State, depopulation may become an issue as millions will move south to 'warm weather'.
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

Nah once California secedes they'll vacation there. Canada can use the extra GDP.
As matter the entire West Coast is a useful edition.
This will do...

Trump may need to take time off from golfing and posing with Musk to threaten congressmen.
Those four votes could be enough to kill the measure. The GOP's 218-215 House majority means Johnson can afford only a single GOP defection, unless lawmaker absences change the math. He expressed confidence about passing the resolution on Monday, asking a conservative crowd to pray for it.

Addressing reporters after the meeting, Johnson said he plans to call a vote on the budget resolution "as early as" Tuesday, buying himself extra time to flip some of the detractors. Earlier, Johnson had said the House would vote Tuesday at 6 p.m. ET.

"There may be a vote tonight, there may not. Stay tuned," Johnson said.

Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., said Trump may need to make calls to reticent lawmakers to get the budget plan across the finish line.

“I think President Trump may have to get involved — with a slim margin, as he should. I think he’ll get involved,” Norman said.

Trump wants to sell $5 million Gold Card citizenship is the most Trump thing ever. He also said that Russian oligarchs are welcome to these and that they are "nice people".

Pretty sure they don't welcome Russian oligarchs.

There goes judicial independence.

Judicial independence has always been questionable in the US, with its history of judges being appointed via partisan, party-based political reasons...

I think we kind of invented judicial independence with our three constitutional branches of government.

Partisan judicial corruption started with FDR and was perfected in the 70's by 'activist' judges. Trump would certainly like to mass impeach federal lawless judges, perhaps he will get the chance :{D

Be careful what you wish for. Nobody could see the future in Germany 1933 and look what happened?

Very likely there will be something similar. Democrats, gays, atheists, unemployed and disabled, depressed and so on...all be rounded up for usual treatment - that's only Australia copying the abominations likely to happen in the US...

Republican Congressman Joe Wilson has announced a proposal for a new $250 bill featuring President Donald Trump.

“I am drafting legislation to direct the Bureau of Engraving and Printing to design a $250 bill featuring Donald J. Trump... Most valuable bill for the most valuable President!” Wilson said.
