Get Back drums comes out of the snare drum. "triple stroke roll" but Ringo is left handed with a drum kit set for right hand drummer. Plus use a tea towel.

The band Rush would put together 8 minute songs recorded in segments. It took a bit of rehearsal to learn to play it live.

Er...you play fast, use a pick on a bass...and the drummer has some rules too.
Metallica is...mostly too slow. But their start was definitely thrash.

There is also the tossing of hair thing such as here. You are only allowed to do it on bass or guitar or in the audience.
