Curious - for those of you who like censorship being in the hands of government...

Is censorship good? Or trouble in the hands of those protecting convicted child-traffickers?

I'll answer for me - I think censorship should always be viewed with suspicion. Those who censor things like the list of clients who paid Maxwell and Epstein are either complicit, or should have to explain themselves. Maybe there is a good reason to protect the wealthy clients, but I doubt normal people would think the reasons 'good'.

You all think that the massive shift in public perception since Elon took over is merely a coincidence? You all think that this mass global awakening is happening because Elon is RESTRICTING free speech?

For those crying that censorship is still happening, the results of public perception would beg to differ (see Biden approval rating graph attached).

Many of you have completely forgotten just how bad it used to be and how far we have come as a public due to the rise of citizen journalism and free speech on X. It’s absolute insanity.

There is little doubt that the social media giants censored those subjects. I don't think they should be able to exercise that kind of power, especially when government is behind the scenes applying what pressure they can.

BioClandestine may be right or wrong, but whoever is censoring, is wrong and unaccountable. Some even seem disinterested in finding out who was responsible for hiding information from the public.

It sure does seem like the 'Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election' did a LOT better for the Dems back when Twitter was managed by more US ex-intelligence officials.

All of the worst things I've heard him accused of, there simply wasn't evidence. Even so, the worst he is accused of doing, is FAR less horrible than the crimes that outraged him, and brought his reporting to prominence.

I distrust medical intervention in the human development process.

Back when testosterone was just for fun and sport, we used to make fun of lunkheads and their 'roid rage', referring to a presumed effect of added testosterone to a human increasing aggression...or maybe anger?
