What Are You Watching Now?
Re: What Are You Watching Now?
1923 ...that fits for me...I like both actors and have been listening to FDR which covers the same period in America in part.

Guardians of the Galaxy 3 - franchise is a bit tired. Had its moments. NYT didn't much like it.

Re: What Are You Watching Now?
Started watching The Man in the High Castle on Amazon. It's based on a book by Philip K Dick, and is set it in a post-WWII U.S. in which the Germans and Japanese won the war. I'm a couple episodes in. A little slow-going, but so far so good. One thing in particular that amazes me about this production: all the beautiful old cars!
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.
But those letters are not silent.
They're just waiting their turn.

More baseball. I spent $140 on a subscription to MLB.tv, but the Twins aren't having a good year, so it's a bit of a bittersweet experience.

Re: What Are You Watching Now?
I'm watching Deadloch, a crime comedy set in Tasmania. I'm enjoying it so far, and a new episode comes out tomorrow.
I'm also watching a somewhat similar but much more serious in tone Happy Valley. I have to assume the title is meant ironically? Because this show is pretty darned grim.
