Then again, we have little inkling about what perversion of the mind leads the believers to not see why it ought to, what do I say? must! be dismissed.

But Nostradamus deals with the universal, the inevitable, the forces of historical change, the totality of time and space...

Dead people don't deal with anything. And he didn't deal very well with those things while alive, as we've seen.

Trying and failing is admirable, but hardly an impressive feat. Hell, I can do that.

It's kinda humorous that you think you can talk on these matters. You fail to see what is obvious to everyone else.

It's not obvious to everyone else that Nostradamus succeeded. You just mark yourself as a teller of falsehoods.

It's an argument from religious truth, which is absolute.

Well, that may be as you see it, but seeing how the guy did have to be ultra cautious of trouble with the Church until his royal patronage was firm enough to shield him some, I strongly doubt any truth in there is divine or religious in nature.

Also, it's still an argumentum ab auctoritate, which is not at all what you promised in this thread when you created it.

So kindly fuck off, go preach to your choir, and come back only when you're willing and able to deliver on a scientific proof, or at least argue truthfuly, honestly, rationally, and in good faith, all qualities you seem to have a great scarcity of.
