As with Medicaid, if the red states refuse to adopt a plan that the federal government makes available and pays for, I don't know the White House is supposed to do. Education is primarily a state and local responsibility; I can't imagine tens of thousands of official U.S. government pre-Ks across the country.

I hope BBB is dead. It was going to be an economy killer and would not produce that much in the way of true infrastructure renewal. The big spending socialists will have to find another way to feather their nests.
