Authorities have convoluted logic? Youtube video suggests that they want better coverage of the unvaccinated, and those fearing they would need three shots, eventually, would then drop out and not take any:

They realized that announcing the need for boosters actually caused more vaccine hesitancy, so they are back-peddling (even though other countries are still pressing forward). So are they now risking the health of vaccinated people with waning immunity in the name of "getting more people vaccinated"? Leadership in America needs to STOP using MSM as the mechanism for informing the public. They need to simply tell the whole truth and post it on their own government websites.
