Ourworldindata looks at the percentage in terms of total populations, which is as it should be unless the young still don't catch the virus at anywhere near the rate older people do.

The double-vaccinated partner of a friend tested positive for Covid on LFT and PCR tests. While asymptomatic (at this point) both are now self-isolating. This is Scotland of course.
