BTW, did the truth ever get out on whether she actually murdered him of just should have been institutionalized somewhere they use straitjackets because she can't be trusted to use her own hands safely?
Gail Pappalardi was not mad.
She was jealous.
So it was murder, alright.
And I must once more have misexpressed myself, I was not implying madness, but such a terminal clumsiness she could not be trusted to go around using her hands normall...

She effectively did plead clumsiness, as in she accidentally shot her husband during an firearms training exercise. Since the shooting occurred at six in the morning just after her husband returned from a night he spent with his girlfriend, this is not a particularly credible claim.
I did not care to find out how she got away with a four year sentence and then got out on parole after two of them.

Every gun range in Texas is now a voting station. They hang your ballot up at end of the range and you just shoot out the boxes indicating which person you are voting for.
So either your gun needs a permit, or voting doesn't.

Question, when you shoot at the face of the canidate, does it count as voting for him or showing rejection?

The Memorial Day weekend in the US has been marred by gunmen indiscriminately spraying bullets into crowds at two venues in Miami, Florida.
The state's Republican Governor said he was "praying for the recovery" of the victims but a Democratic senator demanded action to address gun violence.
Two people were killed and at least 20 others were injured during a shooting outside a banquet hall early on Sunday morning.
It came about a day after a drive-by shooting nearby killed one person and injured six.

The new Texas law which basically lets any non-felon citizen carry a gun--no training, no permit, just strap it on y'all--will likely result in more of this sort of fun and games.
'Mom charged after shooting her 5-year-old son while trying to target loose dog, HPD says'
A mother has been charged after accidentally shooting her 5-year-old son while trying to shoot a dog that was running across the street in north Houston, according to Houston police.
The incident happened at 700 Dunham Road on Saturday afternoon.
Angelia Mia Vargas, 24, has been charged with deadly conduct with a firearm.
According to neighbors, Vargas, her son, and another family member were riding bikes down the street when a dog ran out.
That dog, named Bruno, is a 6-month-old boxer puppy. Bruno's owner did not want to appear on camera, but told us what happened.
"I came out of my house because Bruno was barking and barking. I thought my brother was coming," said the owner, who thought Bruno's barking was to indicate his brother was at the door. "So, I open the door just a little bit and he comes running out."
In Ring doorbell video obtained by ABC13, you can see Bruno running out with the owner following immediately behind. The owner can be seen telling the dog to come back in the house. The dog roams out onto the street, and less than a second later, multiple shots rang out. Gunshots were then followed by extended screaming by the little boy's parents.
Vargas's 5-year-old son was rushed to the hospital in stable condition with non-life-threating wounds, police say.

I suppose this one isn't only in America. Child soldiers in Mali may get to have this sort of lovely evening, too.
'"Unbelievable:" Children, 12 and 14, use AK-47, other guns in shooting rampage on Volusia deputies
Two foster children broke into a Volusia County home, Tuesday night, then used guns they found inside the residence -- including an AK-47 -- to repeatedly fire at deputies for about 30 minutes, according to sheriff’s officials.
The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said 12-year-old Travis O’Brien and 14-year-old Nicole Jackson face felony charges of attempted first-degree murder of law enforcement officers and armed burglary.
Deputies said they were in the area of 1050 Enterprise Osteen Road looking for the girl and boy, who has diabetes, after they ran away from Florida United Methodist Children’s Home, a foster home.
“So the deputies in the Deltona area go out looking for this 12-year-old and this 14-year-old because the 12-year-old is insulin-dependent and the 12-year-old, if he doesn’t get his medication within four hours, it’s going to be a critical medical emergency,” Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood said.
Deputies were near a trail when a resident approached and said glass was heard shattering at a nearby home. When deputies went to that residence, they noticed obvious signs of forced entry.
“And the amazing thing is they don’t do what I would have done. I would have walked in because I have an eyewitness telling me two juveniles just forced their way into the home,” Chitwood said. “They take a step back and contact the homeowner and say, ‘Should anybody have access to your home?’ as resources are pouring in to surround the property.”
The homeowner had recently left and said no one should be at the residence but that there was an AK-47, a pump shotgun, a handgun and 200 rounds of ammunition inside, records show.
Deputies said the children grabbed the guns and opened fire at deputies at about 8:30 p.m. They also used baseball bats to destroy furniture, toilets and a tub, according to authorities.

Good thing that guy had a gun in his house, so he could use it to, you know, defend his property.

Even though his widow spoke at Trump rally, Antifa did not kill cop:
One of the murder suspects in Dorn’s death, Stephan Cannon, 24, also is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. It’s practically meaningless to ask where he got the gun, since anyone in Missouri can privately purchase a gun from anyone else with no questions asked. Missouri’s Republican leaders, like their congressional counterparts, have made sure of that by opposing universal background checks for all gun purchases.
