Re: The Coronavirus Thread
As I've mentioned elsewhere recently, you are confusing me with someone who relies on 'the media' as their primary source of information. I qualified my remarks earlier and so won't repeat myself here, but please read back and feel free to ask questions about anything you're unclear about.
Rationalia relies on voluntary donations. There is no obligation of course, but if you value this place and want to see it continue please consider making a small donation towards the forum's running costs.
Details on how to do that can be found here.

What do you think of facebook whistleblowers and what they revealed to Project Veritas about the censorship of vaccine information on that platform?Brian Peacock wrote: ↑Tue May 25, 2021 5:39 pmAs I've mentioned elsewhere recently, you are confusing me with someone who relies on 'the media' as their primary source of information. Unfortunately, that's the whole basis for the "controversy." It's a media circus for the benefit of the media that snares unwary rubes who click on the screaming headlines, and can't distinguish the steady plodding of the science from the freak show that passes for news these days.Brian Peacock wrote: ↑Tue May 25, 2021 5:39 pmAs I've mentioned elsewhere recently, you are confusing me with someone who relies on 'the media' as their primary source of information. Is that the 'steady plodding of science' you were revering? It IS science...cognitive psychology and a few others...

Re: The Coronavirus Thread
I don't know anything about it other that what you've just posted here from Project Veritits. And I'm still wondering what it had to do with my earlier comments you responded to - but I guess we'll never find out now. No matter. If I were to take PV as a reliable source I'd be a fool, given their track record - so at the moment I'm mostly "Meh" about it.Cunt wrote: ↑Tue May 25, 2021 5:51 pmWhat do you think of facebook whistleblowers and what they revealed to Project Veritas about the censorship of vaccine information on that platform?Brian Peacock wrote: ↑Tue May 25, 2021 5:39 pmAs I've mentioned elsewhere recently, you are confusing me with someone who relies on 'the media' as their primary source of information. So you won't go look into it, but will dismiss them. I simply assume you are on the side of the establishment, because you so often are. Maybe I'm wrong about that, but you don't ever seem to go against it, or say anything that might shake the narrative offered by media giants and big tech.
While you pretend that you don't get your pap from them lol
Re: The Coronavirus Thread
Good of you to prove, in one post, that you don't know anything about the whistleblowers, and will lie to support your misunderstanding.
Re: The Coronavirus Thread
Facebook has algorithms to show with a higher priority those comments to visitors of a page that are most relevant for these visitors. Fake news about vaccines are not relevant for visitors of authoritative health resource pages. So these comments get a lower ranking.

Re: The Coronavirus Thread
That's one possibility. Another possibility is that you're too dumb to distinguish fact from fiction.

That you inserted lies is a fact. It's right there to see.Seabass wrote: ↑Tue May 25, 2021 7:22 pmThat's one possibility. Another possibility is that you're too dumb to distinguish fact from fiction.
You might be honest about other stuff, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Ya, THAT'S the important part lol
The steady lies about zootropic origins, suddenly countered by facts, doesn't matter.
Especially when political affiliation is so important.
Trump was right, when he blamed a lab leak. It has taken a long time for idiots to stop reacting to him. Fauci is just catching up now. The rest of the mid-wits can be expected to take a bit longer than him.
