Existing laws against violence and damage to property are sufficient for situations when protestors cross a fairly clear line, obviously. Such "anti-riot" measures, which can be used against totally peaceful demonstrations are deeply fascist in nature.

Get a case challenging one of these laws before a Trumpist judge and things could get really interesting.

Liberals and brownish people moving to Texas!

Bloomberg:
If they go too far -- if they get too aggressive, they might draw maps that are good for them in 2022 but start to erode for them in 2024 and beyond,” Kondik said.

Indeed, much of the growth in the Sun Belt is coming from booming Latino populations and from people moving from more liberal states like California, Illinois and New York. Those trends will make states like Texas and Florida more competitive in the long run even as they give Republicans a short-term advantage.

How does wearing a mask represent a threat to people who don't want to wear one?

Oh, that's right, existential guilt, which transmutes into anger...

They hate everything. What's bothered me lately is the realization that these are the only people I know that have never changed. They hated everything way back when, and they continue to hate everything today. It's amazing really.

Crowder's show today (WE AGREE WITH THE CDC!!) talks about why he's right.

If you wanted, you could probably try to understand his side. I might listen later, but I've got a hankering for old-man music on tonights run, so I might miss it.

You could try explaining in your own words why people not wearing masks should confront people who are wearing them, presumably to pressure them to take them off...

Or doing that might be a little hard...

Sounds like people not dealing with depression doesn't it(?).

FOXNEWS could look at India at the moment and find a way to use it to justify not wearing a mask, social distancing, vaccination etc etc.

Arizona county not giving free use of facility for fake Maricopa recount:
Maricopa County’s elected leaders aren’t interested in allowing a firm led by a backer of unfounded election fraud theories to use county facilities to recount 2.1 million ballots from November’s election.

The county contains Phoenix

Why would I do that? I haven't said that people should confront anyone.

Haven't heard Tuckers rant yet. Simply relayed a title I saw on Crowders daily show.

Also, I said if you wanted, you could try to understand his side.

I don't mind if you don't want to.

We'd be interested in understanding your side. If you could find the courage to put your views out there and back them up. :tea:

I've given up trying to understand more times than I can count. I just can't relate to the hate.
