Existing laws against violence and damage to property are sufficient for situations when protestors cross a fairly clear line, obviously. Such "anti-riot" measures, which can be used against totally peaceful demonstrations are deeply fascist in nature.

Get a case challenging one of these laws before a Trumpist judge and things could get really interesting.
