Yeah it's in the Florida constitution, too, more sweeping than the Federal version. It will be interesting to see how the individual states respond to Biden's gun control legislation, which will definitely happen sooner rather than later. Several states have adopted resolutions and or passed laws that say they will not allow the enforcement of 'unconstitutional' Federal laws in their territory, which sets up a bit of a conundrum for the Feds.
