Media Bias
Re: Media Bias
Someone ought to do a cancel culture on Disney, before it's too late. They certainly deserve it as much as anyone else who's been targeted.

Re: Media Bias
It would be easy to do if legislators wouldn’t allow them to keep on fucking with copyright laws.

Re: Media Bias
Pretty sloppy work by Crowder's team, especially if you're going to call out people by name on your show, and imply they committed election fraud. I don't know about Nevada, but here that's a fine or imprisonment.BarnettNewman wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 11:55 pmThe interwebs does the work so you don’t have to
Fact Check: 'Louder with Crowder' Video Of Vacant Voter Addresses In Nevada, Michigan Includes Errors, Is NOT Proof Of 'Mass Voter Fraud' | Lead StoriesLead Stories found at least two types of mistakes. In some instances, Crowder mistakenly reported on names and addresses that do not match what's in public voter records. In other instances, a county official told Lead Stories, it appears the addresses on file for the voters contain typos or clerical errors.

You don't say...?
No, if you call out people saying they committed election fraud, you hold that bullshit story until after the election, then all you do is say 'oops - sorry'.sloppy work
No consequences.
Did you see the WaPo retraction about the Trump call to Georgias election official?
Turns out they made up quotes, fed the nation a fake story during a disputed election, and...um...I doubt there will be any fine or imprisonment Joe. Heck, probably won't even get their twitter suspended...
In fact, I think people will just go on thinking 'Orange Man Bad', because I've seen lies about him exposed before. No-one changes their mind, even with facts such as these. WaPo is CLEARLY the villain here, but how many minds will be changed, do you think? How many will just dismiss it and continue to be convinced that all the other lies MUST be true?
Crowder IS exposing himself to more legal action though. He's a conservative, and we all know which way the media bias goes.
Heck, you might not have heard of the big lie only recently revealed. I certainly haven't heard the Trumphate crew mention it. Either their news didn't let them know about it, or they are embarrassed.

Re: Media Bias
Cunt, why did Trump spend an hour on the phone with Georgia’s chief election official?

The WaPo and their sycophants told a different story, including making up quotes, so I don't know what you think happened. Why not tell us? Before checking their retraction, if you are feeling extra-bold.
Re: Media Bias
Washington Post lied, saying Trump bad.
You will have to work against your own bias against Trump to understand. Until you do, the story won't make it into your brain.
I already know you distrust what I say, so why not check about the retraction, and use your own 'trusted brain' instead of asking me to explain it to you.
I already knew the media lied about Trump with imputiny, so didn't find it hard to understand at all.

You brought up the Crowder story here, and it turns out he fumbled it. BarnettNewman did a good job digging up the factcheck you were to lazy to find. It sure looks like Crowder's biases might have contributed to the goof.

I've moved on, and mentioned the lying media, and their ignorant sycophants.
Why not tell us about that Trump call to the Georgia official? Tell us the story of Trump being bad, Joe. I want to know if you fell for the WaPo bullshit, and if you did, what you think about it now.
Especially if you DID fall for it.
I 'fell for' Crowders lie. No problem saying so. I also have no problem listening to his show later, to see if he addresses it and how he does.
Because I'm not there to believe him, I'm there to enjoy a different perspective. Same as listening to contrary opinions here. If I don't know what you think of things, I only know what I think of things.
So tell me the Trump/Georgia story, Joe. Bonus points if you don't look up the latest updates before you do.

I find it incredible that you can’t use the same measure of “critical thinking” in answering that question that you would use had Biden made the same phone call.Cunt wrote:To ask that official to do a good job.BarnettNewman wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 3:27 pmCunt, why did Trump spend an hour on the phone with Georgia’s chief election official?

Re: Media Bias
I'm talking about Wa Po admitting what lies they told, in their retraction.
That isn't about the reason for the call.
Is there a reason that, in a 'media bias' thread, you can't stop focusing on NOT the media bias?

Well, if you've moved on, why respond to my comment? I didn't mention you in it, and other members might be interested in how Crowder's bias kept him from doing the checking Lead Stories did.Cunt wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 4:08 pmYes, he did. Re: Media Bias
I wondered about that too. In the video I saw that showed Crowder's team had failed to simply turn around to see the apartments that were supposedly "bogus", they mentioned that particular voter and the rest by name.Joe wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 2:49 pmPretty sloppy work by Crowder's team, especially if you're going to call out people by name on your show, and imply they committed election fraud. Re: Media Bias
I agree. It's hard to believe that he thinks what he's calling bias makes the actual call substantively different. I figured just posting the corrected version would be enough to show that it isn't.BarnettNewman wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 4:25 pmI find it incredible that you can’t use the same measure of “critical thinking” in answering that question that you would use had Biden made the same phone call.Cunt wrote:To ask that official to do a good job.BarnettNewman wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 3:27 pmCunt, why did Trump spend an hour on the phone with Georgia’s chief election official?
