Yeah. They'll have to populate and train the AI first, which will then know exactly how susceptible we are to infection.
I for one think the algorithms are doing a pretty fantastic job in pretty difficult circumstances. And I believe that humankind and intelligentmachinekind can live and work together in peace and harmony.

The better flir cameras can observe crowds, and I would suspect they do. No-one likely talks about it though. Most folks find being looked at by flir a bit offputting. Neat, until they notice their genitals glowing.

What's a flir camera? I assume it's something to do with IR? Remember, we don't have a front row seat in your brain (thank fuck for that).

Why don't you check the available resulotions with flir, briefly consider the state of AI, and think about why they are, in airports, screening individually with thermometers...pErvinalia wrote: ↑Sun Feb 14, 2021 4:45 amWhat's a flir camera? I'm pretty sure there is exciting room for development with this horrifying new infectious motivation...
Our area is using poop. They test some here and there, alerting sleuths to the delicious little clues. Upon finding these kernels, they somehow trace them back (we have poop-trails unlike other jurisdictions) and alert the infected-poopers so they can isolate, or what have you.

Old folks, vaccinated, wheeled out of their solitary confinement in W Virginia

Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Wheeling, W.Va., offers a glimpse of what the far side of the pandemic might look like.
After nearly a year in lockdown, residents have had coronavirus vaccinations and the hallways are slowly beginning to reawaken. The ordinariness of their first day back — small talk over coffee and a penny auction, above, brought joy and relief.
Vaccinations are picking up across the U.S. The average number administered daily has been increasing steadily since late December. Adding to supply, the Food and Drug Administration told the drugmaker Moderna that it could put four additional doses of the vaccine into each vial.

How many old people and healthcare workers do we have? County (300 000) still vaccinating people in their 70s, but:
Nearly 11,739 people have recovered from the virus, with more than 52,700 vaccines administered.

Sound like Cuomo may have helped you out with the former...
When will we see the first 'covid magnets'? If we had a 'coalmine canary' species, which caught the virus much easier, we could seed areas with them, and begin to hunt the virus more actively (as opposed to waiting for it to come find us)
