Re: Conspiracy Theories
If Trump is not convicted by the Senate, and expresses a desire to seek the presidency again, the Republican party may split...

Re: Conspiracy Theories
Well, Merrick Garland could bring charges for incitement, but I doubt that will happen. Criminal charges are for regular people.

Re: Conspiracy Theories
Probably right. The hurdle for impeaching and removing is high, but charging a person for crimes as president is even higher. It's based on nothing, so both parties need to continue this myth.

His wife conspires to lure. AvE gets dragged into Costco, so he pulls their good apart, to expose their quality.

Re: Conspiracy Theories
The Global Warming Conspiracy Theory strikes again.
I had been accumulating evidence of the lack of local kelvins, which contradicts that Thoonberg lady, every flake shows it. There were a LOT of flakes. A veritable BLIZZARD of evidence.
That SNOWFLAKE, Greda T., would have had a lot of 'splaining to do.
...anyway, you guys are all 'evidence' this, and 'proof' that, so I lost my evidence, and you'll probably keep believing Global Gretta. I got one pic as the (diesel-powered) crews were trucking it out.
They did it in the middle of the night.
(spoilered to hide it from the cabal)

You seem to be locked into a terminal meme-fugue state. Is there anyone we can call to slap you out of it?

Re: Conspiracy Theories
Gulag Archepelago is terrible.
Good story, well spoken, but holy shit it is terrible.
The current bit is describing the growing list of crimes Stalin's administration listed, and who got swept up. Russia sounds dark during that time. We're all glad they helped beat the Nazi's, but holy fuck what a cost.

I already knew that. What this offers, is a bit more of a blow-by-blow. Since I don't think other nations produce 'lesser' people, I am forced to empathize with horror.
The authoritarian instincts are pretty destructive. I'm surprised more people don't oppose it when it interferes with them, but these guys knew they were being taken away to be tossed in the gulag for 10 or 25 years (if they were lucky)
Forced confessions. Making people implicate their fellows. Forced labour. Those are the gentle parts.
Peterson was right about his encouragement for people to read this. It would be worth knowing it well enough to avoid letting it repeat.

Individual respect for humans seems a LOT more cautious than any other 'group identity'. It's why I love wearing the bend sinister. It's a constant reminder of that hard-won lesson.
