I can't think of time when she's behaved like Crowder either. Let us know when you do.

Cruz still hasn't accepted his role in inciting the violence at the Capitol. I'm not hopeful he will either.

I haven't heard a rush of politicians connected to the riots, accepting their roles in inciting the violent riots inspired by...who again?

Did any politicians excuse the violence during the billions of dollars worth of rioting?

It's easy to point fingers, but a bit rarer to hear those attention-whores taking responsibility.

I'm not sure why you need everyone to be the same. AOC is clearly not responsible for the violence at the Capitol, while Cruz and others around him are less comfortable with his actions leading up to the violence. They'd like to forget it.

Nothing you said contradicts anything Crowder said.
Having found Crowder's 70 minute long video titled #AOCLied and I'll Prove it... | Louder with Crowder, I decided to listen to what he actually said. Well, I tried, but when he had not begun on his proof by the time the vid passed the ten minute mark, I gave up and turned to this article dealing with the same topic. Highlights are mine.
Since Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the New York Democrat, took to Instagram Live on Monday to describe what the Jan. 6 riot was like from inside the Capitol complex, critics have claimed that she wasn’t where she said she was, or that she couldn’t have experienced what she described from her location.

These claims are false.

While Ms. Ocasio-Cortez was not in the main, domed Capitol building when the rioters breached it, she never said she was. She accurately described being in the Cannon House Office Building, which is part of the Capitol complex and is connected to the main building by tunnels.

In her livestream, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez recalled hiding in a bathroom and thinking she was going to die as unknown people entered her office and shouted, “Where is she?” They turned out to be Capitol Police officers who had not clearly identified themselves, and Ms. Ocasio-Cortez said so on Instagram. She did not claim that they were rioters — only that, from her hiding spot, she initially thought they were.

During the riot, reporters wrote on Twitter that the Cannon building was being evacuated because of credible threats, and that Capitol Police officers were running through the hallways and entering offices just as Ms. Ocasio-Cortez described.

The false claims about her statements have spread widely online, much of the backlash stemming from an article on the conservative RedState blog and a livestream from the right-wing commentator Steven Crowder. On Thursday, Representative Nancy Mace, Republican of South Carolina, tweeted,

“I’m two doors down from @aoc and no insurrectionists stormed our hallway.”

But Ms. Ocasio-Cortez never said insurrectionists had stormed that hallway, and Ms. Mace herself has described being frightened enough to barricade her own door.

“As the Capitol complex was stormed and people were being killed, none of us knew in the moment what areas were compromised,” Ms. Ocasio-Cortez tweeted in response to Ms. Mace’s post. (A spokeswoman for Ms. Ocasio-Cortez said the lawmaker had no additional comment.)

Others have corroborated Ms. Ocasio-Cortez’s account and confirmed that the Cannon building was threatened, even though the rioters did not ultimately breach it.

Ari Rabin-Havt, a deputy manager for Senator Bernie Sanders’s 2020 presidential campaign, tweeted that he was in the Capitol tunnels during the attack. As Mr. Rabin-Havt moved toward the Cannon building, he wrote, members of a SWAT team yelled at him to find a hiding place.

And Representative Katie Porter, Democrat of California, said on MSNBC that after the Cannon building was evacuated, she and Ms. Ocasio-Cortez sheltered in Ms. Porter’s office in another building. She said Ms. Ocasio-Cortez was clearly terrified, opening closets to try to find hiding places and wishing aloud that she had worn flats instead of heels in case she had to run.
Maybe you could quote the bits Crowder quoted, proving that AOC lied. Or you could provide time-stamps where he actually delivered the proofs. I'm not going to plough through another 60 minutes of waffle in the hope of finding them.
If Cunt can't summarize Crowder's argument himself, it's not worth consideration IMO. :coffee:
What argument? Seriously?

He pointed out a trending hashtag, and went over the timelines and his interpretation of the facts. If you want to disagree with something he said, I might take his side, but it's a comedy show, Joe. Crowder claims to provide 'receipts' for his claims, but I don't often think them worth investigating.

He pointed out that snopes 'fact-checked' the claim in a 'democrat-serving' way, but a democrat supporter probably wouldn't see it that way.

It's reminded me of the way words have been twisted. All summer, there were riots, looting and fires. They were described as 'mostly peaceful'. The 'mostly peaceful' line became a mocking line used by the right, to point out the hypocrisy of calling a protest peaceful, with fires raging in the background. This kind of twisted the meaning, so that I could say 'Joe, I hope you have a mostly peaceful bowel movement', and it looks for all the world innocent, absent the conext of the riots.

With the riot-mostly-peaceful context, it sounds like I'm wishing you one non-peaceful moment in that movement.

I wouldn't do that. It may not be cool to say so, but I honestly hope your next BM is satisfying, relieving and boring.

With that kind of word-twisting and contextual coding, a guy could ask a mob to go do riot shit, and use the word 'peaceful'.

So one gang (the 'woke' to the dual-use of peaceful) hear 'go riot', while the rest of the crowd (normies) hears peaceful as 'peaceful'.
Well Cunt, if you can't recognize Crowder's argument from the title #AOCLied and I'll Prove it, I certainly won't waste my time on it. :tut:

I don't want our member from Yellowknife to summarise Crowder's argument on its own. His interpretations of what others said are unreliable. What I want is quotes of the bits Crowder quoted, proving that AOC lied, or time-stamps where he actually delivered the proofs. Crowder made two claims: 1) AOC lied. 2) I'll Prove it. It's in the title of his 70 minute video. There's none of either in the first ten minutes. So, where is it?

She is free to disagree with such a public figure, but as to me, I'm not arguing that he is 'right', only that he does call it a lie.

I'm guessing that is your point of contention with him? Whether it was a lie or not?

AOC did not say she was in the Capitol building. If Crowder says she did say that he is the one doing the lying. Or he could prove she said that she was in the Capitol building. We won't know until you link to the proof.

Politicians who are also Instagram influencers are a bit hard to believe...
A woman when she weeps
A merchant when he swears
A thief who says he'll pay
A lawyer when he cares
A snake when he is sleeping
A drunkard when he prays
You can suggest I'm wrong for thinking she misrepresented herself, maybe I am, but I know how respectfully she has been treating Cruz and her other opponents. It doesn't look much better than the way Crowder treats Democrats.

I understand the many who like her though. She says many of the popular things.

Well Cunt, if you can't recognize Crowder's argument from the title #AOCLied and I'll Prove it, I certainly won't waste my time on it. :tut:
To me, it looks like she wasn't in the Capitol building, and Crowder considers that, along with the timing etc., to be a lie.

She is free to disagree with such a public figure, but as to me, I'm not arguing that he is 'right', only that he does call it a lie.

I'm guessing that is your point of contention with him? Whether it was a lie or not?
If you're "not arguing that he is 'right'", you sure did a good job of accepting his claim. :funny:

Crowder goes over the timing of her claims. Probably not important that she misrepresented her experience though. It's good when politicians are victims. Or maybe twitch personalities. I can't remember the difference...
I'm guessing you didn't really listen to his argument, just accepted it because it conformed with your bias.

So, evidence for her lies...

And no, "x says he has proof she lies" won't do the job. Quotes of her lies and links to them would. They are called 'primary sources'. If they check out, they convince. Here is one, for instance. It's a verified tweet.
I am happy to work with Republicans on this issue where there’s common ground, but you almost had me murdered 3 weeks ago so you can sit this one out.

Happy to work w/ almost any other GOP that aren’t trying to get me killed.
There is no evidence that Ted Cruz almost had Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez murdered and none that he was trying to get her killed.

You can suggest I'm wrong for thinking she misrepresented herself, maybe I am, but I know how respectfully she has been treating Cruz and her other opponents. It doesn't look much better than the way Crowder treats Democrats.

I understand the many who like her though. She says many of the popular things.

Right about what?

That I don't find her believable? I don't. I think she is a politician, who uses every opportunity to ply her trade.

Including claiming Cruz was trying to get her killed. She doesn't believe that, or she would be protecting her life more carefully. (can you imagine how terrifying it would be to have a prominent, wealthy US politician trying to get you killed? )

I already told you. You really should actually read the responses you get, otherwise people will assume you're trolling.
