This is fucking creepy.
You seem to have somehow discovered the discount code for the tracer360 which is particular to an obscure running group near me.
Don't you DARE buy too many of them, or I'll be stuck with too many free ones, and no-one to give them to!

I am going to go ahead and think Cruz is more educated about consitutional law than any of you, though, and consider it 'not over' for now.
Undoubtedly. Is that relevant to alleged election and voter fraud?
Ted Cruz could be the most educated legal eagle that's ever walked the planet, but it would be irrelevant because the Constitution vests the judicial power in the Supreme Court and the court system. Those are the only opinions that count.

Quite. That's why I finished the post you quoted from with "whether the learned brothers on the bench agree with his views on the US Constitution is yet to be determined."
Not that Cruz intends to mount a case. In a
joint statement with ten other senators and senators-elect the announced intention is to get Congress to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given' and ‘lawfully certified'.
Republicans had two months to prove in the courts that those electors were in fact not ‘regularly given' and ‘lawfully certified', and failed to do so in every one of them. That horse has bolted. Cruz & Co demand that regularly given and lawfully certified be rejected. In other words, they want electors to be chosen by Congress instead of democratic elections. So much for their avowal that the "are acting not to thwart the democratic process, but rather to protect it." The election was in fact lawfully conducted under the Constitution, and this bunch of unprincipled, power hungry opportunists wants to destroy the former and break the latter. They are plainly seditious.

I know you
think you made a case there, but I dismissed it on procedural grounds, so the evidence wasn't heard.
So you failed just like the Trump team did.

Dream on. In the real world those senators will be allowed to remain in the senate. Worse, some of them will be re-elected once their current term has run its course.

I made no case. The courts have decided in dozens of cases that the dozens of allegations of electoral and voter fraud are unfounded. That's what matters.

I only said to imagine the lolz generated by the crazed response from Trumpsters if that happened, given that they regard the FBI as the enforcement arm of the Democrats...

Do you wonder why?
They deployed a cadre of officials to investigate a poorly shaped garage door pull, because it might have been a hate crime.
But couldn't dust off an investigator to look into the Biden crime family.
weird, huh?

Not weird. Fucking scary. If not even Trump could write an Executive Order to initiate an investigation to look into the Biden crime family, the Deep State must be heaps more powerful than people realise.
