Band from Cincinnati, changing line ups from 1980 or even earlier. The accordionist and one or two guys used to come to the rock station once in a while and play Smoke on the Water

The latest fad is a poverty social. Every woman must wear calico,
and every man his old clothes. In addition each is fined 25 cents if
he or she does not have a patch on his or her clothing. If these
parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?

You will love this! He also employs accordion! OH WOW, THREE! What western composer puts in accordion? Michael is on piano.
And what a racket they put out with just bass, trombone and french horn coming in.
