The Duke of Cambridge contracted Covid-19 earlier this year, palace sources have told the BBC.

It is believed he tested positive in April at a similar time to his father, the Prince of Wales.

According to the Sun newspaper, which first reported the story, Prince William, 38, kept his diagnosis private to avoid alarming the nation.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-54774942
I'm so glad he kept it quiet to avoid alarming the nation. Can you imagine the sheer pandemonium if the nation found out? There would be utter panic and rioting on the streets. Thank you, Prince William, for saving us all from the intense anguish such news would have surely caused.

Edit:
I'd also like to thank the BBC and The Sun for bringing us this breaking and extraordinary news.

Get over yourself William. The greatest Windsor was obviously Windsor Davies.

Getting back to pandemicing...
Our state is at 4% having tested and had it now. I should know about one person here that survived it, but I do not know any personally. The lady I voted for for congresswoman had it. I met her ...with a bunch of people in the room...twice but she has no idea who I am. I know our state Democratic head slightly better.

My nephew and his wife had it and survived. He wasn't particularly sick, and they let him do surgery on COVID positive patients during his quarantine. The entire surgical staff had COVID.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Zero new cases or deaths in Victoria for the fourth day in a row!

I think European countries doing half-assed versions of a lockdown need to realise that you need draconian measures to crush a second (or third, or fourth...) wave...

A bit weird. A Corona lockdown starts right at this moment in Austria. Citizens are asked to stay at home. At the same time, there was a terror attack in Vienna and at a press conference right now, they ask the citizens to stay at home because of the attack.

They're linked... The state staged a false flag to get people to stay at home!

The British app is not working once again.

Fault in NHS Covid app meant thousands at risk did not quarantine
Error meant users spent much longer next to infectious person before self-isolating

A code error in the NHS Covid-19 app meant users had to be next to a highly infectious patient for five times as long as the NHS had decided was risky before being instructed to self-isolate, the Guardian has learned.
Quick Guide

The oversight in the app meant thousands of people were told they did not need to quarantine when they were in fact at risk of spreading coronavirus.

The problem was only discovered last week, when software engineers rewrote how the app decides who needs to isolate and discovered it had been relying on faulty maths since its launch in September. According to the Sunday Times, which reported on the flaw, a source said the fault meant that a “shockingly low” number of warnings were issued.

Despite claiming more than 19m downloads of the app, which is for use in England and Wales, the UK government has continually declined to reveal how many users have been advised to isolate. In Scotland and Northern Ireland, where similar apps have fewer users, more than 25,000 people have been warned of their possible exposure to the virus.

A Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC) spokesperson said the England and Wales version was “the only app in the world using the latest Google-Apple technology to better gauge distance to identify those most at risk, and is deemed ‘excellent’ by international standards.
:fp: Another dubious claim. Not much good if it is not working properly.
