So reporting the non-reporting of cases plays nicely into the narrative of the control freaks and doom thinkers around the world.

Conservative governments keep downplaying the death rates because they want to avoid the tanking of the economy. Unfortunately for them reality gets in the way. One example of this reality is the spike of new infections in the Netherlands, which you unsuccessfully tried to argue out of existence by invoking "our awesome testing".

Another contributor fixated about this country. I wrote that on what thread? Just a subtle dig as people do already. Our testing is no better or worse than many other countries. I do agree politics plays a big role especially in right wing countries when it comes to data collecting.
