Eventually the monkeys just gang up on the asshole and kill him. We're not that civilized.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Well, we may eventually identify a genetic component of "that guy" , then we can give women the option to abort. You don't want to have "that guy", ma'am.

It's the one in every group problem, or the 'there's always that guy' problem. If you need to be quiet, they're too loud...need to run, they stand still...yadda, yadda.

I wonder if monkeys have the same problem. Like the species that uses very specific vocalizations for different threats. I wonder if they've got that one monkey. Snake!.......Stick. It's a fucking Snake!......Stick.
Darwin would soon sort that little monkey problem out...

Must be true if he has a white coat and a stethoscope.

I wonder how the Netherlands are doing? They should really have good herd immunity with not wearing masks and stuff.

Never mind like masks shields are useless:

Face shields ineffective at trapping aerosols, says Japanese supercomputer
Simulation using world’s fastest supercomputer casts doubt on effectiveness in preventing spread of coronavirus

Plastic face shields are almost totally ineffective at trapping respiratory aerosols, according to modelling in Japan, casting doubt on their effectiveness in preventing the spread of coronavirus.

A simulation using Fugaku, the world’s fastest supercomputer, found that almost 100% of airborne droplets of less than 5 micrometres in size escaped through plastic visors of the kind often used by people working in service industries.

One micrometre is one millionth of a metre.

In addition, about half of larger droplets measuring 50 micrometres found their way into the air, according to Riken, a government-backed research institute in the western city of Kobe.

This week, senior scientists in Britain criticised the government for stressing the importance of hand-washing while placing insufficient emphasis on aerosol transmission and ventilation, factors that Japanese authorities have outlined in public health advice throughout the pandemic.

Another U-turn.

Coronavirus: work from home if you can, says Michael Gove
Minister announces ‘reluctant’ shift in advice in England as coronavirus infections soar

The public in England will once again be asked to work from home if they can, Michael Gove said on Tuesday, outlining a “reluctant” shift in government advice to combat the spread of coronavirus that he said could help “avert the need for more serious action in the future”.

In broadcast interviews on Tuesday morning, Gove, the Cabinet Office minister, described the latest change in restrictions as a “shift in emphasis” but unavoidable. He told Sky News: “The rate of infection is increasing, the number of people going to hospital is increasing, and therefore we need to act.”

He added: “It’s important to stress that there are many roles which can’t be performed from home … where we recognise that that’s simply impossible. We need to balance, obviously, the need to ensure that people can continue to work and, critically, continue to go to school against taking steps to try to reduce the virus.”

Gove told BBC Breakfast it was not a case of “revisiting the days at the beginning of our response to this virus” as he said that now “workplaces are safer”, adding: “But one of the risks that we have to face is that social mixing overall contributes to the spread of the virus.

Face Shields are useless against aerosols. We knew that all the time. They are supposed to protect health workers who work in close proximity (face to face) with infectious patients. Additionally to wearing n95 masks.

Community masks are effective in community settings when worn by everyone in places indoors or where close contact cannot be avoided.
