Who spied on Flynn and how do you know?Cunt wrote: ↑Tue May 19, 2020 2:15 pmThe issue is that someone spied on Flynn, who was a US citizen, and thus had 'rights'.
Whoever leaked his info to the media, committed an offense. Biden was one of the unmaskers, then claimed (quite recently) that he didn't know about it.
Sure though, it's ok with you that Obama spied. He was just doing it because letting a Republican have a fair shot at beating him was beyond the pale...

David Ignatius published his name (leaked from a transcript) Jan 12.
Um, we know because he published it...
I'm not sure I understand why you would ask me who the leaker is though...we all know who signed the unmasking (included Biden and enough others to make it tricky) and we know it was published...do you expect me to have info that Durham is investigating?
Funny that...there were leaks of all sorts when the Dems were 'investigating' Russian Collusion. Those 'leaks' helped get everyone believing that there was 'evidence' where there wasn't...but NO leaks frod Durham yet...
Bet if there are criminal politicians, they are noticing how many leaks there aren't.

Oh, and a previous AG said...

On Jan. 12, 2017, WaPo columnist David Ignatius published a story citing a senior U.S. government official who disclosed that Flynn spoke by phone with Kislyak. The information was seemingly classified since it was derived from a transcript of the Flynn-Kislyak phone call monitored by the National Security Agency.
“It’s one thing to ask for an unmasking. It’s another thing to leak it to the media. That’s an absolute crime and should be prosecuted vigorously,” Sessions said Friday.
Sessions asserted that whoever was behind the Flynn leak should be charged and jailed for illegally disclosing classified information, which carries a maximum 10-year prison sentence.
“If that happened, and it looks like it might have, those people need to go to jail. They need to be prosecuted,” said Sessions.

'Spied' is such a vague, non-specific term.
The unmasking was signed by lots of people, you could look it up.
As to who spied, well, it looks like every agency authorized to spy by those in the Obama administration.
Or am I misunderstanding the question?

Flynn has no rights from being investigated. Any other spy or agent for Turkey can be investigated.

Well you're the guy who used the word 'spied.' Remember?
We should probably use surveilled, but if Flynn were being surveilled, there should be a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court showing probable cause that Flynn was an agent of or targeted by a foreign power. That's Flynn's right under the 4th Amendment. The issue is that someone spied on Flynn, who was a US citizen, and thus had 'rights'.
But you're the only person saying Flynn was being surveilled. Are you maybe misunderstanding what the 'unmasking' was about?

It does look, though, like the unmasking was requested right around the time the leak to the media happened, so forgive me for jumping to that conclusion.
Where are the leaks from the Durham investigation now? There were ALWAYS leaks to tantalize us during the Mueller probe....

I'll get it figured out, but what puzzles me is why the incuriosity of news agencies...

Do you really think that everyone who doesn't see politics your way is a malignant moral bankrupt?

I think people mostly don't understand politics. That is surely the case with me. Certainty is about the only thing that would strike me as immoral in politics.
