Spygate is unravelling
Re: Spygate is unravelling
I'm not surprised you guys don't see the crime. Some news agencies are implicated in some of this. The leaks may have started with corrupt government officials (the same day as Flynn's unmasking, for example) but the recievers of the leaks who republished them, knew they were working for one party.
Knowingly fucking over a gullible public. That gullible public probably thinks Obama had a 'scandal-free' presidency lol

1. What exactly is the crime (the actual charge)?Cunt wrote:I'm not surprised you guys don't see the crime. Some news agencies are implicated in some of this. 2. What the evidence that proves the crime?
Re: Spygate is unravelling
There are lots of them if you look, so I don't know which are most important, but I can tell by your questions you haven't found any.BarnettNewman wrote: ↑Sat May 16, 2020 8:24 pm1. Unmasking Flynn, (and lying about it later) led to the authorities threatening his kid, and him with charges in order get at the information they wanted (that Trump was working with Russia)
So the spying that started it all, is probably the biggie, partly because using workarounds to spy on US citizens was happening, but also because of the cover up.
The cover up of the crime, and the risk the criminals took to do it, should be in Durhams hands for now, but if you can't see a lot of the crimes, it might be because your sources are...well...knowingly fucking over a gullible public.

Someone leaked a FISA court approved phone tap transcript to the press. I assume that is somehow illegalBarnettNewman wrote: ↑Sat May 16, 2020 8:24 pm

The evidence of course is the news paper report on the call.
The list of possible suspects who could have leaked it is rather short...
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.
Re: Spygate is unravelling
Who is it that wrote 'not a hint of scandal'?
I could find some hints. Heck, probably even some innuendos, accusations and public requests for answers, without looking too hard...

Someone somehow committed a crime according to some newspaper....Tyrannical wrote: ↑Sun May 17, 2020 1:56 amSomeone leaked a FISA court approved phone tap transcript to the press. I assume that is somehow illegalBarnettNewman wrote: ↑Sat May 16, 2020 8:24 pm

Start with the newspapers. Then maybe a coincidence, anti-trust lawsuit against google.

Perceived opposition to Trump is the crime, let's not mince words.

Whoever leaked the unmasked US citizens name to the media, is guilty of a crime no matter who is in office.L'Emmerdeur wrote: ↑Sun May 17, 2020 3:53 pmPerceived opposition to Trump is the crime, let's not mince words.
Since it is Trump's opposition who did it though, no-one will care.
I mean, unless they care about rule of law more than the Dems...

Re: Spygate is unravelling
OK then. Obamagate = leaking a name. Let's get a full US Senate committee on that. Leave no stone unturned and get Attorney General Barr to prosecute to the full extent of the law.
Re: Spygate is unravelling
Your understanding of it is shockingly bad.
What are your sources? Have you tried the most trusted name in news? The lawmakers critical of the actions? Some cunt on a forum who doesn't use his right name?
OK. He might need help. Sessions will (or maybe did?) find someone to help with the sorting.Let's get a full US Senate committee on that. Leave no stone unturned and get Attorney General Barr to prosecute to the full extent of the law.
