Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

I haven't caught up in the last few minutes, but I'm sure someone will be along to claim that their 'Russian Collusion' wasn't a conspiracy theory, and that spygate is.
Mr. Schiff will probably be involved. So far, on his testimony alone, I think Russian Collusion was a hoax, and lie, for reasons he probably knows (I thinkk he was knowingly dishonest, I mean)

Bill Barr hand-picked the attorney in charge of the review. Say what you like about him, he knew what he was doing.

I wouldn't fuck him with a stolen dick.

Gives a new meaning to the old phrase "in like Flynn" doesn't it.

It sounds like everything that sham investigation was based on was crap. It doesn't matter though. Any evidence which shows Trump to be less evil than Hitler must be rejected at all costs, by some quarters.
The q stuff announced long ago that Flynn would be exonerated. I don't remember the particulars, and q being the disinformation-style that it is, I'm pretty certain my understanding of it would be wrong...but what it leads one to believe, is that Flynn will, once freed, signify the beginning of the arrests of ...
ANY time now...(much like the second coming, and many similar stories)

Re: Spygate is unravelling
Lawyer and former FBI agent comments.
The AG dropping the case on Flynn turns the entire purpose of the Special Counsel regs on its head. The SC is appointed *precisely* to insulate an investigation from influence by a political appointee, namely, the AG.
The opportunity to object to investigatory and prosecutorial decisions taken by the Special Counsel was in the hands of Rod Rosenstein (Trump's own appointee), during the course of the investigation. Rosenstein had to APPROVE each major step, and he did.
These decisions have already been vetted. Once by Rosenstein, and then again by a separate branch of government: the judiciary. Judge Sullivan had to review the case, and accept Flynn's plea. His view was that Flynn "arguably sold out the country."
It makes zero sense to appoint a Special Counsel, have his decisions reviewed and approved by both the DAG and a fed judge, and allow a future AG to come in and simply substitute his judgment. Especially an AG who lied about the findings of the investigation from the get-go.
Had Rosenstein overruled Mueller's decisions, he would have been required to notify Congress, and explain his reasons. Barr needs to answer to the judiciary committees for his actions -- these decisions are, ultimately, not really his to make if the SC regs mean anything.
Basically, Barr provides the workaround for any future president (D or R) for whom a Special Counsel is appointed. Let the investigation take its course. Then fire the AG who appointed him. Hire another, who undoes and dismisses all the actions the SC took. Voila!

I'm sure you can find plenty of evidence that Trump colluded with Russia...
Why don't you reveal it? Why didn't Schiff? Are you guys waiting for the right moment?

Flynn charges being dropped was just a warning signal of what's to come.
The entire FBI Russia Trump investigation was illegal and unjustified, and the FBI knew it all along. Now it looks like AG Barr is getting to ready to have them prosecuted over it.
Russia / Trump was 100% bullshit, and any government official that said otherwise part of a treasonous conspiracy that should hang

A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

Don't hold back - tell us what you really think!
Like here is one, will a suitably high-profile 'perp-walk' (like the Stone theatrical arrest) will change minds?
I don't. I think many would stand by their 'Trump is Hitler' stance, while publicly convicted and sentenced Clapper/Obama/Corney were tictock-ing daily confessions from gitmo.

Re: Spygate is unravelling
Looking at the dishonesty of the DOJ filing on Flynn:
'To Justify Dismissing Mike Flynn’s Prosecution, Timothy Shea Claims Information DOJ Has Always Had Is “New”'
'To Justify Dismissing Mike Flynn’s Prosecution, Timothy Shea Claims Information DOJ Has Always Had Is “New”'
So to sum up:
Ultimately, by making a claim there’s new information when DOJ had the information all the time but Mike Flynn did not, Shea admits — seemingly without awareness of doing so — that DOJ has become the defense attorney for a sworn felon.
- [Acting US Attorney Timothy] Shea says there’s new information, except all of this information was known to DOJ when they prosecuted Flynn. He’s the same DOJ, under the same Administration, and everyone involved with the case had access to this information.
- Shea says whether someone covers up what he did is immaterial to an investigation of whether they’re working clandestinely for another country.
- Then Shea claims Mike Flynn didn’t account for all this when he pled guilty the last two times, when in fact the record shows he did know most of it before he pled the second time, and even so, Judge Sullivan judged that he wasn’t entitled to it.
