I can't, I have neither materials, equipment, nor know how, and no amount of online tutos are going to change that.

One tutorial was simply showing how to fold a hankie, use o couple hair ties, and 'get by'.
If they require you to have one, it's good to have something.
I always carry a hankie anyway. Use it as a bug-mask, or with my cowboy hat to make me look like a bandit from the old movies.

My favorite pest control dude, The Schmoo, came today. He's a small, toadlike creature hated by all canines (they're ALL scared of him). He's not a very good exterminator but his conspiracy theories are finest kind.
The second wave is coming this winter, starting in the Southern Hemisphere, it will kill 50% of humanity. We're going back to a feudal system, albeit with 5G surveillance technology, forced genetic manipulation, and death camps. He was wearing full arm black rubber gloves and a full-face, double filter respirator mask.

Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Er..all face masks sold today have two cartridges. It's also made by 3M, same as n96 mask.
I was fitted for this mask, but I hated to wear it more than 30 min. Most labwork was done in fume hoods. It was a hazard, if the hoods shut down. You then had to evacuate the lab.

The trouble I had with the full masks was wearing glasses. It then leaked around the sides. There were special glasses made for inside the mask, I never had those.

Adding A Nylon Stocking Layer Could Boost Protection From Cloth Masks, Study Finds

Researchers at Northeastern University have found that adding an outer layer made from nylon stockings to a homemade face covering can boost its ability to filter out small particles in the air by creating a tighter seal between the mask and the wearer's face. In some cases, that extra nylon layer helped homemade cloth masks match or exceed the filtering capability of medical-grade surgical masks.

I wear a mask, and have for years.
Usually, neoprene skidoo mask, under a merino wool neck-tube. I've noticed where the ice builds up, which tells me where my breath is getting through.
Those are too thick for summer, but having the order reversed (tighter layer on the outside) surely would manage the flow better. Glad I don't have to wear them yet here, except shopping. (which I have mostly given up anyway)
