My guess is, it will all be a joke. The only thing remaining is deciding who will be the punchline.

Trump announced that if Biden runs, he just switches "but her emails" to "but Ukraine" and he is all set.

Trump knows what gets the rubes a-fappin'. They're still fapping over her emails, witness the clever schmucks going to the effort and expense of getting her to attend a deposition. The ten or eleven investigations of her by Republicans in the past few years (not to mention the FBI) have failed to find anything substantial, but they've been useful, politically.

I don't think the Ukraine caper will prove as useful. All the Biden team has to do is come up with an effective way to turn every reference to it into a reminder that Trump was impeached for using the power of his office to advance his personal political interest, and it could be an overall liability to Trump rather than the other way around. Of course we're talking about the fraction of voters that might go either way. I think that most voters have already made up their minds, though.
