You can put up all the maps you want but Trump will win; he has paid the Russians.

I thought we had Ukraine on our side now, hacking into Trump. Barr was going to expose it but failed.

DETROIT—Releasing bombshell evidence in the form of hundreds of cell phone videos taken during the gathering, numerous anonymous tipsters confirmed this week that Bernie Sanders recently attended a secret campaign meeting with 15,000 working-class donors from the Democratic Party. “This damning footage shows Sen. Sanders clandestinely mingling with thousands of representatives from the nursing, food service, and public education sectors, many of whom were apparently chauffeured to the event aboard city buses and enjoyed fountain drinks upon arriving,” said political strategist August Buckminster, adding that the event, which reportedly took place at a local vocational school, could prove problematic for the presidential candidate in his bid for the Democratic nomination. “Sanders can be heard promising a highly underprivileged audience everything from a minimum-wage increase to healthcare access to educational opportunities—whatever it takes to get them on his side. In one video, he explicitly offers a group of steel workers a quid pro quo of affordable housing in exchange for their votes. If the senator wants to win the backing of the national party, he will certainly have to answer for hobnobbing with this room full of people at the absolute lowest levels of power.” At press time, Sanders had received further criticism after documents were uncovered showing he has acted on behalf of a contingent of approximately 625,000 Vermont residents over a period of nearly 30 years.

You can still tweet political crap but:
Twitter is banning all political ads globally, starting November 22nd, according to tweets by the company’s CEO Jack Dorsey on Wednesday. The changes will affect both candidate ads and issue ads, although ads encouraging voter registration will still be allowed, along with other exceptions. Dorsey said a full policy will be made available to the public on November 15th. “Some might argue our actions today could favor incumbents,” Dorsey said. “But we have witnessed many social movements reach massive scale without any political advertising.” SNIP

O’Rourke has jumped down off the table.

'Beto O’Rourke Drops Out of 2020 Race, Will Not Run for Senate'
Former Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-TX) on Friday announced that he will end his 2020 presidential campaign.

“Our campaign has always been about seeing clearly, speaking honestly, and acting decisively,” he wrote in a statement. “In that spirit: I am announcing that my service to the country will not be as a candidate or as the nominee.”

In a message to his supporters posted on Medium, O’Rourke admitted that his campaign does not have “the means to move forward successfully.”

“My service to the country will not be as a candidate or as the nominee,” he wrote. “Acknowledging this now is in the best interests of those in the campaign; it is in the best interests of this party as we seek to unify around a nominee; and it is in the best interests of the country.”

Warren wins election and then
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-50267557
none of that will happen. Red states can't get unpopular Trump re-elected. But they keep the Senate and we even get Mitch.

Supreme court blocks wealth tax.

Warren spends 4 years saving Obamacare.

His campaign against Cruz was useful for showing people the Republicans can be defeated in Texas again. I'm not surprised the momentum from that carried over into this.

I tend to view these sorts of maneuvers as tactics in the service of a broader Democratic strategy, rather than as individuals like Beto seriously trying to take command of the full power of the party for a presidential campaign.

parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?

I should probably have said rather than as individuals like Beto being competitive.

It's possible he believed it might happen.

He'll have trouble running in any statewide election in Texas, after his 'Hell yes, we're going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.'

 true

But we don't need him, just the campaign that almost got him elected. I guess his comment might hurt any future campaigns, but it can't kill them, that's what he proved after all...they ain't so Republican as imagined.

"My plan compares favorably in that it exists," she said. "Biden doesn't know how to pay for stuff. He just puts down a $50 bill in the Amtrak dining car every few months."
Finally, another person in the audience, played by Chloe Fineman, said that she doesn't want to get rid of her healthcare plan.
"Your insurance is like a bad boyfriend. Girl, listen to me, you need to leave him," McKinnon's Warren said. "You deserve better!"
McKinnon's Warren then asked if she had her vote.

And how does Trump get re-elected by the 40%?

"Trump is the first U.S. president in modern polling never to have achieved majority approval, with the lowest average approval rating on record."

Thanks to the Russians. The EC is not based on popular vote.
