Some of the conspiracy theory people are feeding Trump:
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/joe ... -admission

Rosemont Seneca Partners

Role: Co-founder, consultant

Pay: n/a

Hunter Biden co-founded Rosemont Seneca Partners in 2009 with Christopher Heinz, stepson of John Kerry, the former secretary of state, and scion of the Heinz processed food fortune, and Devon Archer, a financier and former Abercrombie & Fitch model who attended Yale with Mr Heinz.

In 2014, Rosemont Seneca was involved in an attempted $1.5bn fundraise for a new fund launched by Harvest Fund Management and Bohai Industrial Group, the Chinese asset manager, according to a Wall Street Journal report at the time. The Bank of China International Holdings was one of the biggest stakeholders in Bohai at the time.

Mr Archer first connected with Mykola Zlochevsky, co-founder of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, in 2014 when he travelled there to pitch a Rosemont-linked real estate fund that he managed. Mr Archer joined Burisma’s board in 2014. Hunter joined soon after.

Burisma seems to be essential for Ukraine internal energy needs, so the post Biden government has cleared Burisma and its CEO, with back taxes paid.

It is also a major tax source to Ukraine.

Hoaxsters get dirt on Trump:

In the hoax call, Graham suggested that the president would try to help Erdogan regarding that case as best he could. “I like President Erdogan,” Graham told the pranksters. “I think President Trump likes President Erdogan. I think he’s a strong man and we need to deal with strong people."

Bishop, Graham’s spokesman, said in a statement that “it’s no secret Senator Graham has often traveled to Turkey and continued to speak with many members of Turkish government, including President Erdogan, about the relationship between our two countries."

"He has been clear he wants a stronger relationship and often talked about the importance of maintaining peace in northern Syria to prevent the reemergence of ISIS," Bishop added.

"With Turkey’s invasion into northern Syria the drive for better relations between our two countries has suffered a body blow. Turkey should immediately withdraw their military forces and America should reinstitute the safe zone concept to keep the peace in the region. Until this is done, Senator Graham will continue to push for severe, biting sanctions against Turkey."

From Bella:
Of those who support impeachment and removal from office, 98% of respondees support Trump being shot into an active volcano from a man-sized t-shirt cannon.

2% want to just stuff him into the regular-sized t-shirt cannon.

They give free t shirts at football and baseball games. They also shoot wrapped up hot dogs at the audience.

no need for the cannon, let's just drop the trash into the active volcano's crater. From a helicopter.

Trump stuff: It's always Russia. Unless it's Ukraine
Lutsenko's name had surfaced in the impeachment inquiry against President Trump even before the indictment against Fruman and Parnas was unsealed. In his July call with Ukrainian President Zelenskiy, Trump praised Lutsenko and lamented that he was on his way out.

"I heard you had a prosecutor who was very good and he was shut down and that's really unfair," Trump said in the call. "A lot of people are talking about that."

Lutsenko told NBC News last month that he's known Giuliani for "many years" and met with him while vacationing in New York.

Lutsenko said he counted Giuliani as a friend and has spoken to him "maybe 10 times."

Lutsenko said they discussed former Vice President Biden and his son, Hunter, and talked "about our system, about some of our law enforcement divisions and possibilities to cooperate."

In the indictment unsealed Thursday, federal prosecutors accused Parnas and Fruman of funneling foreign money to U.S. politicians in violation of federal campaign finance laws.

The indictment said Parnas and Fruman enlisted the help of a congressman in their effort to force out Yovanovitch.

Multiple senior U.S. law enforcement officials told NBC News that the "Congressman-1" referenced in the indictment is former Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas. The two men committed to raising $20,000 for the then-lawmaker, the indictment alleged.

Sessions said Friday that he would return any campaign donations from Parnas and Fruman.

Real Clear Politics gets into the game. "Hunter Biden was just peddling his name. Ivanka was not."
:funny:
. He brought no other skills or expertise to the table — just look at his resume. This is a classic example of a political family profiteering from public service. The New York Times reported that Obama State Department officials had concerns about Hunter’s “businesses.” Even his own partner, the stepson of Secretary of State John Kerry, had concerns about these “deals” and severed their business relationship, according to the Washington Post.

Hunter Biden clearly leveraged his father's position to line his pockets, there's no way to sugar-coat that. It is a bit hypocritical when somebody who engages in casuistry to defend shady behaviour by one party jumps at the chance to decry the questionable behaviour of another, though.
