What's he a master of exactly? He knew a guy, who knew a guy, who knew a guy that maybe possibly knew something you might could maybe use?

Well, what about his wiki leaks connections? He didn't do shit! He knew a guy who knew a guy who knew when someone else was going to do something. I guess that's useful.

I think the states and US feds do not know who exactly is a citizen. Some 95 000 may have been flagged as recent arrivals with some sort of paperwork. A state does not have direct info on citizenship of people in their state. They merely know if the soc sec number is legal. If some portion of the 95 000 became citizens between two elections 4 years apart, the state of Texas would not have that info.
I was never asked for proof of citizenship to vote.
