Greetings everyone! Thank you all for the warm welcome.

I chose SevenOfNine as an avatar name because in Star Trek Voyager, Seven was rescued from the Borg by the Voyager crew. I was rescued from religion by the crew of RDF.net, and many members and ex-members of that forum helped with that. I count you all as my friends. As a lurker, I have noted the odd critical comment about that, and that is fine. Most of you will know me as Darwinsbulldog at RDF, where I am still a staff member. My real name is Rob Hunter. Different forums have different philosophies and different rules. I see disadvantages and advantages in the usefulness of both.

Thanks to Charlot and Godzilla, for allowing me to join, and their administrative help.
