Well is it healthy? Dont they exist as part of the criminal sector? You surely are not promoting that? I dont find them icky but I find the exploitation of women disgusting.

WTF? Stripping and prostitution are legal here, as they are in most of Europe too I'm fairly sure.
I dont find them icky but I find the exploitation of women disgusting.
How is it exploitation? No one is forcing them to do these jobs? There is going to be cases where exploitation is involved, but for the vast majority of legal activities there is going to be little to no exploitation.

Can I recommend Saudi Arabia to the honourable gentleman?

Is that society healthy enough for you? You won't find any of these "low" strippers there.
I hope you will be very happy.
While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.

I would it is more a country for you as you like to exploit women. You could have four wives to keep you happy.

BTW there plenty of low strippers there. Also sex parties with young Pakistani pre-puberty girls who are bumped off after the party.

So even Saudi isn't pure and healthy enough for you.

And you judge strippers and prostitutes and their customers as being low and unhealthy.
But apparently I'm the one who has a low opinion of women. :funny:

Can I recommend Charles Dickens to you? You would enjoy the Victorian moral tales of good and bad.
Keep away from real life though. It's yucky out there.

Have you tried the Amish way of life? It's women are very "high".

You really do have weird views on society. All you can talk about is the exploitation of women. It really fascinates you.

Indeed, these societies do not systemically exploit women, even though there are, of course, instances of exploitation. :tut:

Maybe the women don't have a real choice, and their need to engage in stripping and prostitution is a function of the oppressive, patriarchal society which enforces the social norm of male entitlement to female bodies and the male gaze.

the sexual act is only commodified because of social prudishness, brought about by religion and the greed for power.

Controlling sexuality is a means of controlling society. Superstitions & faith based idealogies are tools towards that end.

In the final analysis, sexuality between adults is no one's business. Adults being defined by age & nothing else (such as gender or mental age). When you try to restrict natural rights, people will seek some means of getting those rights back, hence 'crime' syndicates, that are in reality freedom syndicates. So you either have a free 'live & let live' culture, or you (the government) are forced into a totalitarian despotism. It's that simple.

There is no reason to try to guarantee a 'perfect' society with perfect opportunities & rights for everyone. Shit happens. :coffee:

No. It is YOU who have weird views on society. Your attitude is prudish & controlling in the extreme.

There is no such thing as the "exploitation of women". It is a philosophical/religious invention to make your arguments for 'exploitation of people; more plausible & palatable.

Men are 'exploited', children are 'exploited', farm animals are 'exploited', fish are 'exploited', fruit trees are 'exploited', fields of wheat are 'exploited', do I need to go on? OK... Rivers & seas are 'exploited' , the air is 'exploited', you & I are 'exploited'. So, where the fuck do we stop?

"Exploited" is a word that has been so over-used that it's become devoid of meaning. Everything is exploited, therefore nothing is. mistermack has a rational & healthy attitude towards women & men: So long as you're not deliberately physically injuring someone, against their will, then it is no one's business what you engage in, whether someone is paid & how much, what skimpy dress they wear, who & how they fuck, etc, etc.

The days of Mary Whitehouse, that filthy wowser are hopefully over. Kindly do not try to bring them back. There is NO perfect world. Some have fun, some have misery, often in turns: then they die. There is NO social justice for SJWs like you. There never was, there never will be. Millions of babies are aborted, who gives a shit. You or I may be murdered in our sleep or on the road, who gives a shit. Things happen... there is NOTHING that can be done about it. It's called Natural Selection. Simply; survival of that which is fit to survive. Tomorrow it may be something else that's fit to survive. All dependent upon time & place & circumstances. :zilla:

But it's never been any different.
Marriages used to be weighed up carefully for the wealth and social standing of both parties.
In the past it was nearly all commodified.
The man wanted a regular shag and the woman wanted his wealth and security.
I'm not saying that there weren't love matches, but they were the exception. That was the reality for women in the past.
And of course, going back still further, our ape ancestors did much the same. Females traded favours for alliances and support, just like modern chimpanzees.
