We may not be able to enforce it but a note to that effect that is visible to any power that might be would be good - potentially for the forum if his behaviour gets well over the line at some point.

That link cites another link, which has gone dead. I have found it just the same. It is Montreal Gazette's article I have quoted from in this post, which says no such thing. There is no blanket prohibition concerning Markuze's use of any social media. All it says is that he is "forbidden to communicate with Farley through the Internet, Twitter or other forms of social media. He is also not allowed to communicate with anyone who is part of the same educational forum as Farley". The Freethought blog post is as mistaken as you are.

No link to a primary source, but no matter; The blanket prohibition expired somewhere in 2014 and was replaced by the later, conditional one, namely that he is "forbidden to communicate with Farley through the Internet, Twitter or other forms of social media.
