It's a very nice badge. On a purely aesthetic level I've always liked the look of Soviet Union posters, badges and the like.
Have you tried asking around at communist/Soviet Union websites? Maybe some have collectors who might be able to give you an idea of what it's worth. I suppose you could also try websites which specialise in memorabilia, some of them may have forums. If all else fails maybe you could go and look around town (or go to the nearest city) for a shop which specialises in collectors items? Perhaps ask an auctioneer?
