While I'm quite prepared to believe that the guy is an asshole, you have to remember that actresses can be just as manipulative, and are often prepared to offer sex on a promise or hint of a big part.

It's highly unlikely to always be a case of wicked predator man vs. little innocent girl. Not in Hollywood.

It wouldn't surprise me if some of the alleged incidents were more a case of him not delivering on what the 'victim' thought she was promised, while he thought he got away with a bit of bullshit getting him some free sex.

The point I was making is not that Weinstein is innocent, but that some female actors can and do offer sex for favours. And it's not restricted to the acting profession either. It happens every day, all over the world.

Sure, but then technically, using the logic of the feministas, then we should not generalize male and female, but by size and strength. If a large woman groups a smaller man, then he may be physically intimdated too.

Women touching a man's chest, or smacking/grabbing his ass, it's never been seen as a big deal, not just from an intimidation point of view, but from a bodily integrity or choice point of view either. it's an example of how the general claim is that women are treated worse than men, because some small minority of men touch a woman without her consent. However, when the small minority of women smack, slap, grab or hit a man, it's comedy.
