Great night it was too. Except for the herd of cattle, schools of prawns and half the Woodstock inventory one or two dozen of us grateful guests of Scott's demolished. After dindin some of us took it upon us to terrorise whoever happened to be online at Rationalia. That was a hoot too.

By way of explanation, I retired in 2009, and in 2013 I signed up for a year at the local university campus, to learn some Gaelic. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed for four years, and completed a BA degree in Gaelic Language and Culture. I enjoyed that so much that I've applied for a PhD, and I should hear tomorrow whether I'm in. In addition to that, all along the line I've been continuing with my work as a humanist celebrant, doing weddings and funerals. So, I might still be busy. But it's nice to be back, and I'll be here whenever I can.
