Valid after any of the 3 options above.

I can see the headlines with "Dunkirk Spirit" and pictures of trucks waiting at the border.

Yeah, and internment camps at the ports for illegal aliens and other 'Enemies Of The People' who are trying to leave the country.

Basically whatever happens Britain is headed for a National Humiliation. Three scenarios:
1. The UK takes the offer the EU dictates.
2. They don't take the offer and trade crashes in March 2019.
3. They go cap in hand to the EU and ask to rejoin.
Once out art 49 takes over. It lays down the requirements for joining and the UK does not meet them at present so number 3 is dead born.
1 Will never happen unless the 1% deserts the country.
2 Is the obvious.

This is really funny but at the same time shows up the ignorance of Brexiteers:

James O’Brien demolishes Leave voter in farcical on-air standoff
'Well, look we used to own three thirds of the world,' says caller

Gerd, I had to stop listening to that. Was the caller MisterMac?

Strangely, he didn't post the one where another caller showed him to be a liar and idiot.
Funny that.
Almost as if it was chosen to make him look good. :ask:

Where can I catch up on that? Searching Google with "James O'Brien" and "liar" was unsuccessful, though this petition was good for a laugh. The ambitious aim is to reach 100 signatures. Still nine short of that. Maybe you'll help out. ;)

It would be deleted. That's the point.

And if you wonder if he's a liar, just look at what he claims.
The caller said that the leavers wanted Britain to control it's own borders.
He pretended that it could, within the EU. So he's lying, right there, in front of your eyes, and you can't even see it.

You see what HE wants you to see. That's called gullibility.
Citizens of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA – EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and Switzerland can travel freely to Belgium on the basis of their national ID card or passport. EU, EEA and Swiss nationals do not require a visa to travel to Belgium nor a work permit to engage in economic activities.
http://www.expatica.com/be/visas-and-pe ... elgianVisa

How the fuck could anyone, other than a liar, call that "controlling your own borders" ??
And how the fuck could anyone, other than the incredibly suggestible, actually swallow it?

Oh, right. I was expecting a link to some article somewhere. Anywhere. Maybe a transcript of what transpired. I mean if there's a legitimate allegation of O'Brien being a liar there has to be a record of it somewhere. Sorry.

From what I recall hearing, O'Brien explained that people who are EU citizens can visit any EU country for up to three months, but if they want live in another country they must apply and qualify for residency. Was that a lie?

Yes. He lies like you do. By deliberately trying to mislead.

Politicians do it all the time.

To me, if you try deliberately to mislead, you're a liar.

Or maybe, Bill Clinton did NOT have sexual relations with that woman. :funny:

I prefer to face the truth, even if it doesn't help my own agenda, or argument.
By supporting his deceptive approach, you're either a wanker who can't see he's being mislead, or a wanker who doesn't care about the truth.
At least, that's how I see it.
