The Ark of Noah Foundation is raising donations to transport the Ark of Noah from The Netherlands to several ports in Brazil this Summer 2016, and to sponsor orphans and other children, as well as underprivileged families to visit the Ark of Noah for free.

The only reference to "Glücklich wie Gott in Frankreich" I could find is in French, and having put some of it through Google translate it became obvious that it was about the German occupation of France rather than an etymological examination of the idiom.
