No, my argument consists of, "because of the lack of persuasive evidence, I do not accept the allegation as proved."

I do not make any value judgments on whether Assange or Russia is more plausible, as I don't believe them either. They are simply alternative claims.

I take the "statements of intelligence agencies" at face value, and I do not credit them with truth or accuracy merely because of some credibility to be presumed. They aren't in the business of truth, and I don't know if they're telling the truth. Also, the reports we are looking at require inference and their statements are often by "implication." Much of what they say are assessments with "degrees of confidence" relying on what they believe equivocal or rather weak evidence "appears" to indicate to them. The reports address many other issues beside the hacking bit, and the intelligence report we've been discussing dedicates less than a page to it, and ultimate says very little about who did the hacking and how.

I have no loyalty to either Trump or Clinton on this issue. I don't know what happen. I'm just not willing to believe the intelligence services, and I wouldn't even if the situations were reversed and the hack was of the GOP and they were accusing the Russians.

I have no obligation to credit folks who have lied under oath before Congress, orchestrated coups of foreign governments and covered it up, brought down regimes, orchestrated fictitious incidents that started wars, and engaged in unlawful military operations and lied about them, among other things. Snark all you want, but I see no reason to feel bad about not presuming the complete honesty of agencies with half-century long histories of deception and lying, to Presidents and Congress.

Accurate, yes. Tu quoque, it wasn't. But, you're one of those folks who like toss around "logical fallacy" lingo without actually understanding what a logical fallacy is.
So explain what your point was when responding to the accusation that you ignore inconvenient posts you started talking about how I supposedly ignore inconvenient posts. Whether I ignore inconvenient posts or not has absolutely nothing to do with whether you do.

That you're a hypocrite. Tu quoque is a form of argument. I wasn't making an argument. I was responding to a bullshit personal attack by your toward me, by calling you the absolute dishonest hypocrite you are. ....err I mean...the kind of person you appear to be based on your dishonest and hypocritical posts.
