Martial references have no place in civil discourse.... all this "gun rhetoric" must end.

With this kind of "heated political rhetoric" you'll just be encouraging violence: http://www.outsidethebeltway.com/heated ... -shooting/

It's like you think you should be able to say just about anything....

Obama called for civility in public discourse, and I'm sure the Democrats and lefists will adhere to that call.... http://theneweditor.com/index.php?/arch ... crisy.html and http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/ ... crisy.html

But, anyway Tuck Frump! Someone should shoot him! Lots of takers for that job! He's not my President!

The lawyer at Trump's press conference yesterday who laid out the non-divestiture, "trust me, we won't talk about business," and "oh, it would be too big a sacrifice for him to actually divest" plan is a partner in the firm mentioned above--Morgan Lewis & Bokius.
Given how bad a businessman Trump is, it shouldn't matter, should it? The guy bankrupted a casino! He has zero business acumen and would have done better if he just put money in the bank, sat home and watched TV and watched his interest grow. The notion this "buffoon" would be able to piece together a national policy that benefits his businesses is absurd! He's too stupid for that. The guy is a complete idiot!

But, he has to comply with the law. There is no doubt that if there is an illegal conflict of interest while he is in office, that the Democrats, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, the Washington Post, the New York Times, etc., will let us know all about it, and all the members of the legal academia will have no problem writing lengthy opinions on why a business interest or property holding does or does not constitute a conflict. Other than degree, these issues are not new. Other Presidents have been very wealthy and owned significant business interests. The Kennedys have always been rich and had vast business enterprises for nearly 100 years. Nobody was hand-wringing about Ted Kennedy when he ran, and nobody was worried about the Emoluments Clause when Kennedy was President -- well, at least not more than with any President. The President can't receive an emolument from a foreign power. Great. That term has Constitutional meaning and should be enforced. If he breaks it, then fine. He should be prosecuted.

If you folks are right, and the steps being taken by the President Elect are bogus and inconsequential, then he's going to be prosecuted. That should be your greatest wish -- it's a gift to you. You hate him. If he can't even manage to structure things so he doesn't break the law or Constitution, then with all the enemies he's created -- Cruz, Kasich, the entire Bush family, John McCain, Paul Ryan, and ever, single Democrat -- plus, the fact that he is a well-known buffoon, idiot, moron, blowhard, lousy businessman, non-politician, with no experience, and no ability to build a coalition of any kind due to his massive ego, how hard will it be to get him impeached?

That's what I mean! His bankruptcies show he is a know-nothing buffoon who doesn't even know how to business!

It's like we've heard for a year now. Trump's success is really just luck, and not even good luck. He would have done better if he just banked his dad's loan and just sat back and did nothing. Art of the deal??? He's a buffoon!!

Now being investigated by six agencies.

http://www.politicususa.com/2017/01/18/ ... trump.html
The agencies involved in the inquiry are the FBI, the CIA, the National Security Agency, the Justice Department, the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and representatives of the director of national intelligence, the sources said.

Investigators are examining how money may have moved from the Kremlin to covertly help Trump win, the two sources said. One of the allegations involves whether a system for routinely paying thousands of Russian-American pensioners may have been used to pay some email hackers in the United States or to supply money to intermediaries who would then pay the hackers, the two sources said.

Obama telling them all to lie again. And they'll all do it for fear of having their funding cut for 3 days.

An internal NSA analysis of what appears to be a concerted effort by Russian military intelligence to hack into a US voting software company has been released. "Top-Secret NSA Report Details Russian Hacking Effort Days Before 2016 Election"
Russian military intelligence executed a cyberattack on at least one U.S. voting software supplier and sent spear-phishing emails to more than 100 local election officials just days before last November’s presidential election, according to a highly classified intelligence report obtained by The Intercept.

The top-secret National Security Agency document, which was provided anonymously to The Intercept and independently authenticated, analyzes intelligence very recently acquired by the agency about a months-long Russian intelligence cyber effort against elements of the U.S. election and voting infrastructure. The report, dated May 5, 2017, is the most detailed U.S. government account of Russian interference in the election that has yet come to light.
It would appear that the document is genuine, given the person who is alleged to have leaked it has already been arrested. "Feds Arrest NSA Contractor in Leak of Top Secret Russia Document"
Barely an hour after a news organization published an article about a Top Secret National Security Agency document on Russian hacking, the Justice Department announced charges against a 25-year-old government contractor who a senior federal official says was the leaker of the document.

The May 5, 2017 intelligence document published by The Intercept, an online news organization, describes new details about Russian efforts to hack voting systems in the U.S a week prior to the 2016 presidential election. While the document doesn’t say the hacking changed any votes, it "raises the possibility that Russian hacking may have breached at least some elements of the voting system, with disconcertingly uncertain results."
Let the sneering and rote denials begin (again)!

Who is surprised that the Russians tried to hack a voting software company. I'd be surprised if the US and other countries were not trying to hack into voting software company computers. Does anyone think MI6 and the CIA are not engaged in massive hacking efforts?

It doesn't look like the efforts succeeded. Most US voting is done rather manually. You have a piece of paper on which you fill in little ovals (like a standardized test) and then that paper/card is run through a stand-alone scanning device that reads the ovals and records the votes. The paper is kept separately if anything needs to be verified. There are other options, but hacking a software company would not really impact a general election, because there is no centralized system, each State sets up its own voting method, run through its own department of elections.

Not sure what the Russians hacking has to do with Trump, unless someone is saying Trump was in league with the Russians to accomplish the hacking....
